This is a mixed compilation of material, from Nappi's youthful
performing days in Guyana and of his present day London Steel Pan
Repertoire. The calypso folk songs were all written by Chuck Girard and
Nappi, in Guayana. In 1974, he was introduced to the steel pan by Chuck,
who, apart from being a singer songwriter and calypsonian, was also an
accomplished pan musician and arranger. In 1976, Nappi joined the "Chuck
Girard Trio" a singing group, along with Laurel Numes. In 1989 in
London, Nappi joined Nostalgia and Sterling became his mentor.
